Refund and Return Policy

1. Refunds for Services

All treatments at Letizia Rose Aesthetics are tailored to individual needs, and results may vary. As such, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments unless there is evidence of malpractice or a significant failure to provide the service as agreed.

2. Prepaid Services and Packages

Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of the prepaid deposit amount.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the deposit of the treatment cost being charged.

4. Product Returns

Products purchased on-site or online may be returned within 14 days if unsealed, unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
